Metal coloring applied to Time passage's copper plate artwork. The expressive metallic coloring, which overturns the image of metal, was created through much experimentation and ingenuity by the artist.

Metal coloring is a technique derived from the art of producing color through the reaction of metals and chemicals, and differs from conventional painting in that no two pieces of art are identical.
