My art is my interpretation of the beautiful chaos of life. I take a moment, a memory, and capture the feeling it evoked at that snapshot in time. Like life, my art is both whimsical and serious, winking at you as you pass by. I take inspiration from my Southern upbringing, my childhood at the beach in Texas, my joys, and my struggles. I use mixed media, often combining watercolor, charcoal, pastels, and pencil to bring my vision to life on the canvas. I hope for you to ‘meet’ my art, take a moment to experience it, and that my art brings you the peace and tranquility it has brought me in creating it.

It has been so gratifying to see my art used in television shows for ABC and Disney, as well as having been selected as a featured artist in the magazine Cloth, Paper, Scissors. New York has a special place in my heart, and I am especially proud that my photograph capturing Central Park won first place in a NYC Time Out Photography contest. I am grateful for the continuing opportunities to connect with people all over the world through my art.
