My name is Kayla, I am the Founder and owner of KLyndon Beauty. I am a freelance Makeup artist and now business owner, based in Brooklyn New York. As a child makeup has always been in my life, from seeing it around me to wearing it and getting in trouble ( a little liner never hurt nobody). My brother is my biggest inspiration and the person who pushed me to follow my passion teaching me to just LET GO AND LIVE THE LIFE I WANT. Through my journey i've learned that you are the biggest challenge you could ever overcome and once you do, trust me you will love it on the other side.
In the beginning I used makeup as a coping mechanism. It was my way of feeling at peace and just having fun. As time passed i realized makeup is my passion and started to freelance in 2014. Using skincare and makeup from the drug store and high end brands, i've realized there are not enough brands who cater to people of color in the industry, or even the everyday person who enjoys beauty.
So, being dedicated to making everyone feel like their best self inside and out, i decided to create a cosmetic line which is now KLyndon Beauty. We are dedicated to providing cosmetics, skincare and lifestyle products that will make you feel good, look good, packed with beneficial ingredients and affordable.
