Mater Suspirium creates art inspired womenswear. The pieces are limited edition, made in small batches using innovative fabrication, fine art prints, and hand stitched elements. We strive to make clothes that spark conversation, but are still flattering and wearable. Our clothes draw inspiration from poetry, art, and the darkness and beauty that inspire them. We believe beautiful art doesn't just belong on a wall or in a book - it should be worn. We are passionate about sustainability, and donate a percentage of our proceeds to clean water initiatives to help combat the harmful environmental effects of the clothing dyeing process.
