Janice Marie Jewelry, Malachite Ankh Necklace

I created this necklace by using the lost wax, casting method, and carved a bezel out of wax to then be casted into solid bronze. I oxidized the metal, polished it, and set is stunning Malachite. The necklace is hung from a strand of faceted onyx beads and is finished with 14 karat gold filled findings. It is an adjustable 21 inches and is inspired by the Egyptian symbol to the key of life, the Ankh.
