Through the Door Necklace

This necklace is inspired by Moorish architecture, portals and arches, stained glass windows and fountains. A three-dimensional portal full of stars, gypsy nights, singing and dancing. The doors open under the bronze arches, cuckoo clock plates, 1920s. Landscape of a spring in the sand is formed by fragments of bronze mesh, obtained from a Victorian-era purse, pinions, central wheels and rope drum, rescued from old clockwork. Closure inspired by medieval goldsmithing and the lack of electricity, personalized design.
